Code of Conduct

Under Australian Migration law, except for exempt persons only a registered migration agent is permitted to provide immigration assistance. Star Immigration Consultancy confirms that its Migration Consultants are all registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) which is responsible for administering the Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct is intended to regulate the conduct of Migration Consultants. Amongst the requirements of the Code, is the ability of Consultants to demonstrate good character as well as competency in the provision of Australian immigration advice.
